Recovering from severe abdominal pain most likely intestinal issue (diverticulitis maybe?) Took me out of commission from Tuesday through Sunday. Finally feeling more normal than not, although still dealing with some bloating/inflammation.
Today is planning day. I am putting my loosely developed internal plan onto paper that I will be able to share with my family, friends and doctor. It's go time.
