My weight stood in the place..well That things happens....sometimes

169.5 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice to meet you and Wow! You have experienced some amazing weight loss results in a very short amount of time. This Dunken Diet must be some wonderful targeted plan for those who don't want to play around and are serious about weight loss. Weigh to go! TOWANDA!!!!!

lol...I was trying to Google your Diet Plan to see what it was... I got Dunken donuts..um...I wish...lol, I will spell it correctly now and try again. TOWANDA!!!!

Hi Lisa It's Dukan Diet LOL but i had the best results on Kopenhagen Diet...almost hunger strike LOL I started Dukan Diet from 1st of February.Have a nice eve :)
