Worked out yesterday but forgot to login. Used the Bowflex Xceed. Had appointments in a town an hour away from where I live, so didn't get to workout this morning. Hoping to get at least a little bit of cardio in tonight.

****UPDATE***....Yes! I did manage a workout this evening! Yay!

*EVENING WORKOUT*
1.)Treadmill: 25min. 39sec.
-Distance: 5.7 laps (1.43 miles)
-Speed: 2 (last 1 1/2 min.), 3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.8 mph
-Incline: 3, 4, 6.5
-Burned:
-Calories: 215
-Fat Cals: 67.3
137.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
