Walked 2.58 miles in light rain last night, got home and the skies opened up again. Got the VO2 up to 26.9. Interesting how hard it is to trend this number back up to where it was. Wish it worked on the treadmill, but it doesn't. Only outside. Was very uncomfortable in my jacket, couldn't move my arms, but thankfully, it's probably because I managed to stuff a long sleeve shirt, a Comfy fleece and a sweatshirt underneath. Arms were a little tight, but I was warm. Next time, I will pull the bigger coat from storage. That might be tonight as it's supposed to rain on and off for the rest of the year.

Numbers below are a little weird meaning I don't think I dropped muscle, bone mass and added fat at that ratio. scale site was super slow responding, might be technical issues, could be the very cold room this morning. we'll see what it says tomorrow. going to continue working in the shadows today. spent yesterday sorting and shredding, it was good. I have some technical stuff to try and get to today, but I'm hoping my perpetual hemorrhoid takes the day off so I can get stuff done.

This is another friend's house. Funny backstory, he was listening to 'enter sandman' as he was stringing those lights. whatever it takes to make you festive, dude. rock on.

Glad you were able to get a walk in. I went this morning and just as I got home the skies opened up. Still raining now.

What do you use to measure/estimate your VO2? A fitness tracker?

Apple Watch 5. So not perfect, but consistent with whatever it is measuring. 😂

Aah, I have a 2nd generation lol. The 7 is with FedEx waiting to be delivered. Right now I’m reading the data from my health app that’s connected to my watch, it reads 40.5. I’ve just recently began paying attention. I don’t know too much about the score yet. Like with everything I also use my stats as a baseline.

My 4 used to read 34 consistently, this one seems to have topped out at 32 before I got sick a couple months ago. That’s why I take them all with a grain of salt but watch the changes. It’s a great way to measure progress no matter what.

Rain on and off for the rest of the year seemed so horrible until I remembered the date. Congrats on always finding a way to be active.

Snowing here...again...so no outside walking for me! There's always the treadmill or eliptical sitting right here tho...nagging at me! 🤣

Crystal, try a treadmill workout. YouTube. You can walk, which is what I mostly do, but something about it is much more motivating vs. just getting up there and walking for x number of minutes.
