i'm slowly figuring out that i lose more weight when i eat at the higher end of my range than at the bottom. weird.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are already doing great! I started out at 253. I also have the PF. I didn't have surgery but I started pushing through the exercise like you are. The pain is MUCH LESS now. Plus, now that I've lost almost 30 pounds other parts of my body do not even hurt anymore. I'm amazed. I know what you mean about eating more and losing more. I'm hoping that is the case today as I will been eating 106 calories over my limit today. :(...unless I have a smaller dinner. I plugged everything in early so I could see how much of my lunch I could eat. (Ordered from a local church). You'll do great. Can' wait to see your results!! You will do great.
