Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 6.8 % (This one went up as the weight went down. They're always taking turns at giving me good news :)

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 78.9 cm - Ok, better than yesterday! That's good enough for me heheh.

Yesterday I finally finished the Ab Massacre, which is apparently 23 days after all, :D Especially after my exercise break, doing those last days of the challenge was tough. I had lost nearly half of my stamina. While I was doing like 110 crunches in one go or even 120 with some effort, I was now only able to do like 50 and then had to rest. It was a good thing I was nearing the end heheh :) Today I did 50 crunches, and I think it was 30 leg raises and I also "planked" with no specific time, until I felt the desired effect :)

It was also Pecs and Triceps day. I feel that I'm doing too little on this day - just push-ups and bench dips (1 set each). A bench would really come in handy to use the barbell but I wouldn't have enough space for it anyway so I'll guess I'll probably have to improvise something :)

Also, it appears a kind of physical fatigue has taken hold of me after restarting the exercise routine. That's part of how I felt while doing the abs. It's also as if I really don't feel like exercising. It's like my body is trying to tell me to take a rest or something but it doesn't seem to make much sense since I just took a significant break while I was slightly sick with that slight infection. I'm just going to keep exercising and wait for the fatigue to go away %)

Oh, and yesterday's food journal is definitely missing something. I'm pretty sure I've reached (and passed) my RDI. I just don't know what I forgot logging heheh.

edit: Thanks for accepting my buddy's request Sherrie! :)

Don't over do it, your body might still need some rest to recover. Either way, you are doing fantastic

I give you a lot of props for exercising when you don't feel like it. I get like that and I know how hard it is. I hope if you keep exercising, your desire to exercise will improve. Sometimes I need a break to make me realize that I do really like to exercise. Overall, it seems like you're doing great! I hope you're enjoying your weekend :)

Thank you Sherrie! :) I'm kind of in the middle between thinking this is due to too few exercise or too much. But, if I keep feeling like this, I will definitely slow down! Right now, I'm way too enthusiastic about it to be able to stop myself lol. My body wants a rest and even a certain part of my mind, the most primal part it seems, but there's definitely a part of my mind that still craves the daily exercise heheh ;)

Possibly the part that knows the reward feeling after it. But it's difficult to tell :)

Thank you Christy! :) Like I just wrote, there's a part of me that wants to rest but there's definitely also a part of me that still wishes to exercise. Believe me that, when the part that wants to rest "overshadows" the other opposing part, I will definitely take a rest lol. I'm definitely not the kind of disciplined person who voluntarily does things against their will heheheh ;) I know what you're saying! I've definitely had times like the ones you describe! That usually happens to me when I exercise too hard. I would take myself too far and then had to stop. What I do nowadays is I listen more carefully to my body and I don't even take exercise to the same lengths. And when I do, I usually go much lighter the next day. Doing that has been essential in being able to maintain the routine without big interruptions. I still interrupt one time or another though but, as long as it's a short interruption, no biggie heheheh ;) Thanks!

You will get it back, don't give up. My body has done that to me both times I was sick this year. Still struggling with this respiratory bug this go round, not sure what the gym will do, have definitely had to take more rest breaks this week than I would have.

Thanks Wholefoodnut! Today I ended up not exercising. I wasn't planning not to but it just ended up happening that way because I kept putting it off lol :) I will almost definitely exercise tomorrow (I don't like saying I'm going to do it for sure because that usually has a way of not working, I don't know why lol). It's probably not good for you to exercise while you're still not completely healed. Unless you're like 90% healed already or something :) I don't know heheh.

My opinion only, healing after being sick is one thing your body needs. Pushing through when I don't feel like it is often really good for me and makes a body feel good for doing so. My body will sometimes say no more..like it did today.

That's true, that happens a lot of times after we exercise in situations when it feels like we shouldn't! :)
