Ate LJS for lunch yesterday...bad idea I know. Then I ate cake with ganache...I know, another bad idea. Then we had mexican for dinner...another bad idea. Then I didn't exercise, instead I went to bed for 11 hours. :( Pulling double exercise today to make up for yesterday. So instead of 1 hour of hip hop abs, I am doing 2 hours.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
