I gained more kilos this weighing session because I was not as disciplined as before. There were 2 nights when we had friends over and ate a lot of food. Also, there were couple of days I didn't go for walk. Now, if I really want to lose 3 kilos before the end of month to go below 100 kgs mark then I need to regain my discipline.
227.1 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
