Had 2 bananas for tea last night because of guilt about all the food I have been consuming, woke up this morning at 101.0 Kg. Probably water weight from all the sweating I have been doing this week. Its enough for a :)
222.7 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 3.5 lb a week
