Lately I've been hit or miss about putting in my food, since I've not been following my diet very well, so it's been a little difficult to write down exactly what I've been eating.
It was a long holiday weekend, and we had a lot of sweets. On Monday, I ate so much I had 3 BMs !! My friend, whom I challenged to lose weight with, brought over 3 small cakes, and my other friend brought an additional cheesecake and cookies as well as random other junk food and candy... it was a junk food buffet!!
Somehow I'm back to 94.8, but I still need to get to 93.3 by Sunday, and 90.00 by June 2nd... I can't believe how much weight I've lost recently, after being so heavy for so long... 12 weeks can make a huge difference!
