Happy to see the numbers on the scale going down.
Struggling with drinking 3L + Water a day.

Any suggestions of keto/ Banting friendly food to eat while on holiday?
244.5 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
