HORRIBLE!!

I had 2 reeses chocolate pb cups the other night, plus 2 mikes and then not last night but the night before i ate a bagel with pb at 1030 at night!

I gave into my temptations and justified it. NO MORE!

I am not ready for sweets. Period!

I recorded my weight bc I needed too, to show yes this did happen and it will keep happening if you keep doing this.


I have not exercised in a few days either. Well that is all over. 3 day binge is done time to move on and keep with my program. 2lbs til 30 now, grr, ok I can do this!

Don't be so hard on yourself. Just start over. I remember one night I ate an entire tube of cookie dough. Yes, an ENTIRE tube of cookie dough. I was so hard on myself and scolded myself for like a week. I decided to get it together and that's what I did. Just know your limits keep on moving!! Keep going!!
