Was off for 3 weeks (didn't realize it was that long) and only averaged a workout a week.

I gained 5lbs as a result of it.

Started March 21st with working out consistantly 5 days a week. First week accomplished - and the food intake followed!

2nd week even better! Went down a lb which is nothing but it's going down I hope and my eating is getting even better!! Crossing fingers!!!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
