I was so rigid with my diet this week, I am surprised I only lost 1 lb. I truly ate only 1200 cal/day. I guess I need to be better about getting to the gym. It was a busy week and I only got there twice. That said, at 1200 cals, I still expected more of a change, especially since I had been eating about three times that daily.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 May 2014:
1463 kcal Fat: 36.07g | Prot: 72.64g | Carb: 221.37g.   Breakfast: Cantaloupe Melons, Smoked Salmon, Pineapple, PAM Organic Olive Oil Cooking Spray, Egg White, Kale, Egg. Lunch: Apples, Marketside Sugar Snap Peas, Carrots, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Hanover Chick Peas, Corn, Cucumber (with Peel), Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Trader Joe's Frozen Vanilla Greek Fat Free Yogurt, Stop & Shop Baby Carrots, Raisins, Calavo Avocado, Wild Harvest Mixed Greens & Spinach Salad, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Dr. Praeger's Spinach Pancakes. Snacks/Other: Atkins Day Break Chocolate Chip Crisp Bar. more...

Sometimes we don't see this weeks efforts till next week or later on the scale. So you may see a nice loss next week. It's strange how the body works. Stay consistent and keep going. It will show on the scale.
