I'm going to clean out and take this seriously!
now has got to be the time !!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've learned that low carb, high protein with or without exercise is a great way to lose weight and feel great!! I started in January, had a hiccup lasting from mid march until now but dont have far to go <3

Hi , thanks so much for your encouraging words and advice, I am definitely in need of both 😌, I'm going to focus and do baby steps Instead of trying really hard, losing pounds, then going on a 3 month eat what you like reward session ! Lol epic fail . I have cleared out my cupboards of rubbish and re-stocked to help me succed, here goes everything! 😉
