Long walk last night. 3.53 miles. Sweet Sadie was mostly keeping up, so that was good, too. VO2 holding at 26. I need to do a circuit without dogs to see what it really is, doesn't work on the treadmill for whatever reason. I will get in the pool again one day. So weird how things keep getting in the way.

Water down, muscle down, blob holding. It's next. Didn't really change anything, so it's a release of all that sodium. Will be interesting over the next few weeks as the parties have actually started. Yay! One gathering has moved into the street for social-distancing purposes. They got a fire pit and everything, should be fun. When I was a kid, one of the places we lived had bales of hay and a bonfire, although that was in a field. I think it'll be fun. We can walk to that one. I'm not interested in the overcrowded rooms of the past right now, although it would be nice to put on a pretty dress at some point. such is life. you have to trade one thing for another sometimes.

I am using my little under the desk bike during meetings. I doubt that does much overall, but it keeps me moving. I can't use too much resistance because of the noise, but body is moving, that's all that matters.

You too, Shir. I was in such a rush I forgot to log my weight into FS, but if I do, it will erase my entry. C'est la vie. I love street dancing, too. I love dancing, honestly, and I'm not good. I just like to have fun.
