I have been doing the quick start program for a week and a half now from Herbalife, but I did not start it having any water weight. The weight I will lose now is either fat or muscle, but I am not starving myself. I am eating at least 1200 calories every day and keeping sodium at 1500 a day or less. As I can see with the amount of weight I lost, which is none, it has not changed the amount I weigh.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
