So, it's not the two pounds from last week but I'm down a pound again! This is definitely something because I drank two days, ate out two days, and had the flu so I got basically no real exercise in; I didn't even go to yoga last week because of the flu!

So this means this week should be awesome. While I will be drinking two days, I plan to eat out only once and start going back to the gym, albeit slowly because the remnants of the flu are still lingering and I have congestion and a cough like whoa.

I am excited for next Monday's weigh in already!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
