just got back from trip to UT with DJ to help clean out basement and bring back Mustang. I didn't get a lot of exercise, but i ate pretty well for being out of town.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
