I have a busy week ahead of me fatsecret! So much is going on right now but I'm happy about it all.
Unfortuantely my weight stayed the same but that is much better than a gain. I definately think that I would have lost but I went to Applebee's for dinner last night. I had fried shrimp and shared the chocolate chip sundae with my boyfriend. I believe that the Sunday alone had more calories then I eat in a day.
I did well with exercise this weekend and hope that I can keep it up. I know that I won't have any time today but I will tomorrow. I also have to think of something healthy to cook tomorrow that i'm not already sick of.
My birthday is coming up on Saturday and I'm pretty sure that I will go out to eat then. Next monday I am going to try to cut back on sugars in my diet, I always have a lot of sugar and I think that is what is keeping me at the steady weight. I haven't been following weight watchers for a long time, I've just been counting calories, fats, carbs and all that.
I'm also doing well with quitting smoking. I only had 2 and a half cigerattes yesterday and I plan on not smoking any at work today. I've been taking Chantix to help me quit and it's working well I do notice I get hungry more often but I just chew gum and things to offset the cravings. I forgot to bring my chantix with today but I'm sure I'll be fine without it. I decided that I won't be smoking at work at all starting today. So we will see how it goes. I need my lungs back I went for a very short run yesterday and I was out of breath so quickly. I need to get my health back up.

Quitting the cigarettes is an even greater accomplishment than losing the weight. Keep it up and get rid of them for good!! Off to chicago- I will walk tons but I also know I won't miss the pizza sooooo I will doble my efforts when I come home : )....keep up the excellent work!

yay for quitting smoking! also, weight maintenance is almost as good as weight loss. hope you stay motivated and on track and enjoy your birthday!!
