Ugh...too much flaxmeal made me gain weight and feel bloated. Think it would be wise to only have it maybe twice a week in muffin form. anything else is just too much for my body. I couldn't even eat all that was my portion, i wound up throwing some out. I hate to waste food, but that food doesn't need to go to my waist :)
