I'm glad I'm keeping this journal. It really helps to keep my accountable. I was going to skip going to the gym so I could stay in the kitchen and play with MIM recipes. Course I sat down and read my journal from this morning, and thought to myself, I really want to exercise 12 days in a row. It's a test of my will. Besides staying home and playing with food and always thinking about food is the reason I'm so overweight to begin with. I can exercise and make time to play with MIM variations. I CAN DO IT ALL. :)
According to a BMI index these are my stats <a href="http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet-calculator.gif" title="Diet Calculator" alt="Diet Calculator" border="0"/></a>
This calculates I only need to lose 30 more pounds, not 40. I should have no issue reaching 135 and being happy, but I'd rather try to get it to 125, but really, as long as I look good, I'm not sure the weight number is that important.
