These last few pounds are proving to be quite the challenge! Then what? I want to lose 10 more, at least...but don't know if I should reset my goal weight or just keep losing in the 'blue zone' 🤔🙄
152.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

GM WS☕️ It’s a personal choice on that one IMO. I thought about changing my goal but didn’t want the stress of trying to achieve it before Thanksgiving so I’m just coasting in the blue lol. Plus I’m gravy buffer building 😂 I’ll reevaluate after the holiday. Have a lovely day lovely one!! 🏄‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️💕🌟 And yes, from experience, those last lbs are very difficult but doable absolutely 💪🏼💪🏼 keep slaying!!

It gets harder the closer you get to your goal weight. It was easier losing the first 10 pounds for me, but the last 5 have been challenging and I have 1 pd. to go.

Keep trying or u might start gaining again. That’s my advice because I have done that too!

I set a new goal, here in FS. But stayed in the blue zone on my FitBit!!😁 I'm finding that it helps to be reminded that I really do want to drop those additional 10 lbs. But the FitBit reminds me that "Yay! You did it!". That means a lot me. So I've found a way to benefit from both sides of the fence. Good work on your progress! Edema is not fun. I'm glad you have worked through it. Keep on truckin'!

It took me a long time to lose my last 5 pounds to my goal weight. I read another profile where the gal did not reset her blue line to lose more weight; but noted her new goal in her profile. That’s what I decided to do. I’m proud of my blue line 💙

you will rebound up most likely. I'd say try to lost the 10 without resetting your goal. then see where you land once you go into maintenance. you might even continue to lose weight then too without trying.

@AllPain...I'm pretty sure I NEED the incentive of a checkered flag 🏁 (or blue line) at the finish line, and I don't feel like I'm really where I wanna be yet. Thank you for your input and congrats on your success! 💪💪💯

@BT...I use the FitBit app too...but I don't feel as accountable on it (just bein real🤷‍♀️) so maybe I'll do the same as you...Congrats on your successes & I hope to catch up to you soon!!🏃‍♀️
