I can't lose by diet alone, I must exercise!!!!!
209.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2031 kcal Fat: 51.22g | Prot: 125.02g | Carb: 208.16g.   Breakfast: 1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), All Natural Premium Clover Honey, Bran Cereal. Lunch: Light Draft Beer (14 oz), soup crackers, shiraz wine. Dinner: fish soup,  mahi mahi, shrimp fried rice, broccolli. Snacks/Other: fiber one brownie, Oil Popped White Popcorn, vanilla ice cream, princess anne cherries. more...
