Eating smaller portions. Worked out yesterday and this morning, walked with Molly and Anne last night. Had lunch with Carey today. I brought half of my salmon, rice, and green beans home. Lentil soup tonight for dinner.
113.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
