It took a few days to get used to eating within range. Also I found a protein bar that I'm not allergic to, so I will be eating those as a good snack. Now I need to get a protein shake mix to use for breakfast, since I don't like breakfast.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
