1538 kcal Fat: 64.60g | Prot: 78.46g | Carb: 159.79g.   Breakfast: i can't believe it's not butter light, whole wheat thomas bagel, orange juice. Lunch: grapes, whole wheat bread, publix turkey. Dinner: land o lakes white american cheese, broccoli, ground chuck, stouffers macaroni and cheese. Snacks/Other: sugar free strawberry-Kiwi/Tropical Fruit, south beach living cinnamon rasin protein bar, cool whip. more...
