Woot! Down today. Completely wasn't expecting it. lol. Already walked 2 miles this morning, now waiting on coffee to finish brewing. My thighs and butt are achy today since I went walking yesterday and today in my round bottom shoes. I miss jogging. Walking just seems so monotone now compared to what I was doing.


Plans for today:

Laundry
Packing
grocery store for bread and fruit.
Antm tonight.
Maybe another walk this afternoon if my legs feel up to it.
262.5 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
