吃飯還是沒有辦法進入到狀況 運動量也是
這個禮拜試試看少掉晚餐的習慣 4點後禁食
然後多攝取高蛋白和纖維
希望剛好藉著這個禮拜的月經週期能夠效果好一點
這個禮拜我會努力的!
