Monday morning and I gained back 3/10 of a pound over the weekend. Weekends, wine, wine, wine and weight gain. Expected it so have decided to do the yuck 3-day diet again. Found another version that has a few other food choices so this may not be quite as bad as last week. Still, I am down 3 pounds in a week so I am happy with that but I want the scales to continue to drop for another 17 pounds so I have decided that whenever the scale goes up I will do this diet again unless of course I am in the middle of it..ha ha. Actually they say not to weigh until the end of the 3 days however I have weighed every day of my life since I don't remember when so I will step on the scales again tomorrow morning out of habit.
147.7 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
