Went on a short vacation and didn't do well on my diet toward the end of the week. I'm back on track this week!! I have some slight tummy issues, but I plan on getting through those as well, with some natural remedies!
170.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
