I spent almost 2 whole weeks having to navigate eating out, 10hr drives and only restaurant foods available without being able to count my calories. Frankly, I'm proud I only gained this much . I really thought I did worse.
This is the first time a gain is actually something I'm proud of 😂
268.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
