This would be the full belly weight as opposed to the sick and dehydrated one. Feeling much better this morning. Have to adult later on in the day, full corporate dress and everything. Looks like it's going to rain, so boots there it is.

Long walk last night, just a hair under four miles. Early training class this morning, so let's just say there's a little extra in there on the weight. Didn't swim yesterday as I ended up losing hours in the day somehow and all of a sudden it was dark. Good day though.
