Whew....the 3-day diet is over. What a weird combination of foods. Not very appetizing for someone who loves food. I managed to lose about 2 1/2 pounds in 3 days. Was it worth it. No. I would rather eat interesting food and lose at a slower rate. I also missed my "wine". Now if I could continue to miss it for a few more weeks I could probably lose a lot faster...ha..ha Back to the Weight Watchers program...I know it works I just have to stay focused. I mean..isn't summer the time of year when you get to sit on the deck after work and enjoy a glass of WINE. That means I have about 60 days to whittle of some more weight.
148.1 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I hear you. I have tried them all. Cabbage soup was the worst though. I'd rather eat a balanced diet and enjoy my life then suffer through those diets again.
