I have rekindled my passion for running. By accident I ran further that I realized I was able. Since then, I have stepped up my running game and am trying to strengthen with some interval training. I have also implented in inverted carb eating system that seems to be working for me. I'm a little more flexible with it on the weekends so as not to go completely mad. But, I think this is a "diet" plan I can stick with for the long haul...we'll see.
