Didn't lose any weight at all, even though I worked out hard yesterday. That's discouraging...which sucks, because I may have caught a cold of some sort yesterday. A lot of drainage and a bit of a sore throat today + not much sleep from last night = a-not-so-good-me. Trying to stay motivated though. Started working out this morning, but had to take a break because of crying/hungry baby. I guess I just have to get used to the fact that I can't do a full workout all at once. They have to come in spurts because of my schedule (or lack thereof). I hope it still ends up helping in the long run. :\

**MORNING WORKOUT**
1.) Jillian Michaels' "Ripped in 30" Day 1 of Week 1 (had to take break bec. of crying/hungry baby)
2.) 5 Minute Workout for Tones & Lean Arms
3.) How to Lose Arm Fat (didn't do tricep dips)
4.) 4 Minute Leg Workout to Burn Fat (Tabata style) (couldn't do all the sets or reps)
144.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
