This weight gain was expected. After juicing only, for 5 1/2 days, I knew the rapid weight loss wasn't normal. The added weight doesn't surprise me. My plan is to lose 1-2 lbs a week. I'm still on track for that. I weigh less this Monday than I did last Monday, by 4 lbs.
Enjoyed a yummy healthy & low fat family BBQ yesterday. slow grilled chicken, tons of roasted vegetables, and a huge garden salad with no dressing. Did not workout, although I did surf in the morning, and did gardening & some chores. Oh and I did have some beers with my boys while BB'ing.
I'm going to do another 5 days of juicing starting today.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
