I am back and I am going to go all the way to were I want to be. Here I can 164. Now comes the had part lossing the last 20 pounds. But I am going to look at it as 5 pounds at a time the next two weeks I am going for 5 pound and then I will continue with this program.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
