Ohmygod I am bad bad bad!!!! I just had like a 4 day binge I am so dissapointed in myself!! Back on the grind today though...i need to lose this ten pounds!!!!!!! The scale didnt tell on me...but I will surely not be making my 124 by Friday. Stupid girl. Hopefully I can buckel down get my ass on a treadmill and catch up to make my 123 in two weeks...
125.2 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
