Assuming the recent weight drops were mostly water weight and with my period approching I may see these fluctuations in my weight often. Not worried! I am ecstatic with 128, when I was 143.4 this number seemed unatanable. I really would be crazy happy to be under 125 by the end of February. That's a simple pound a week. Last night I had to few calories and was a little shaky, cold, head achy and had a sleepless night. I of course, did not intend to have such few calories...a busy day and not eating enough at the start was to blame...mostly due to rushing. I am confident this time will work because a) i've already had it started since last May, b) I am more determined than ever and in complete control. And c) the absence of alcohol may make all the difference! Not only did drinking tack on thousands of extra, unhealthy calories each month...but I would always over-eat each time I drank as well.
Other than last nights feelings, I have felt energized through out the day and happy.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
