This week was a bust. We had memorial day and a birthday all in the same week, and while I tried to stay away from what I thought were high-calorie foods, I still consumed more than I would have liked. This week should be better. I'm back to tracking, and will hopefully see that weight-loss again. Setting a weekly goal of two pounds to get back where I was last week. Wish me luck!
