I'm thinking I may do better this month if I log in my food consumption on a daily basis. I did that when I first started Fatsecret and it seemed to work well. I stopped because it was so "time consuming" - however - I also stopped losing weight. So let's see what happens. My mini goal for April is to drop this 3 lbs. That's doable!
173.4 lb Lost so far: 56.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
