I lost a lot of weight over the weekend, but not the way one should. I got a horrible stomach flu. Ate nothing on Sunday; couldn't keep anything down. I still feel weak, but a little better. Don't try this at home.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
