Interesting read of the scale numbers below, no idea what's going on there, but will move on. It does look like I need to add a little salt to my water when I'm working. I drank a ton yesterday, so shouldn't be dehydrated. I swam yesterday along with some substantial housework. 90 yesterday, supposed to be the same today. Hot days, cool nights, one of my favorite times of the year. Exercised some significant personal restraint yesterday, proud of that. Unrelated, bought small bag of green KitKats and greenish Reese's for Halloween monsters, will add to Play-Doh. Stuck it in the back of the freezer. Will be safe, neither of them appeal to me and it seemed more prudent that saving money on a huge bag of crap I'd end up eating or giving away. Just enough for the littles on the street and their parents know what I have.

Swam a decent swim with three sets by design. 794 strokes, 10.1 METs, average heart rate 141. most in cardio although the first set really ended up being a gentle warm up. I need to get access to an olympic size pool at some point so I can baseline this year and know where I'm at. Overall pleased. Compared to when I started, I can sprint, I can run (preferably on grass or sand) for a good bit without being winded. Life is good. Need to make a decision on pool temp and settings now that it's cooling down. Did some bands and some aqua jogging after because it was hot and I didn't really want to get out.

Realized this morning that some dummy decided to switch to oatmeal right after buying a flat of eggs. Guess I'll eat the whites for the protein and the dogs win the yolks. I try not to waste, it'll be fine.

Gotta jet, will heat up quickly soon and I have some outside stuff I want to go before it does.
