I’m shocked I haven’t gained. Been so stressed and busy the last week I haven’t been able to log or get adequate sleep, just trying not to overeat… SO relieved it hasn’t gone up…
173.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
