Still not too bad. I think I'm missing variety most of all. Maybe once I'm able to move on to Phase 3 I'll be able to very carefully add variety back in. My only concern with the HCG diet is that once I move on to maintenance that I will gain it all back. I've been doing a lot of reading online to try and ensure that does not happen but it looks like everything I've read is saying that if you stick to the approved food list and only rarely and carefully go to the disapproved list then you should be okay. I guess we will see.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week
