When you're so sick and you can't eat, you've no choice but to lose more weight I suppose.

I don't believe the calculation on this sight that says I'm losing 13.3 lbs/week. In truth, I lost 5 lbs since one week from today and only 2 lbs in the week prior to that.

I've been suffering from fever (101.4), body aches, nasal congestion w/ headaches, and severe coughing for the past several days now. Eating and exercise just isn't one of my priorities, though I've tried to eat at least. I've no idea the carb intake of the meds I've been taking...and don't care at this point. I just want to feel better.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was there about a week ago..I broke Atkins for one day to get a smoothie and eat tomato soup. I felt the vitamin C infusion was needed. I actually felt better the next day as well, even though the scale went up.
