Good Morning everyone! We can do this! I did weigh in more this morning, but I did well yesterday. Got in all my steps and followed my plan. Can tell that I am holding water this morning, so I will not stress about the gain. One day at a time! Today's goal - follow plan without cheating, get in my steps!
