I'm annoyed, but should have a more normal day today and a chance to really get some exercise in. Fixed a tire, starting to think someone is messing with my car because I keep getting flats from nails and I'm over it. Thankfully, I have a kit in the car that lets me repair and inflate without leaving the house. Tweaked my back a little doing it, but whatever. Seems to be a permanent sensitive spot in my body, so will be mindful and start working on it because it's my dominant side.
Went to puppy class, didn't have to teach. Thankful for that because mine were being a handful. Got some decent steps in there and ran around beforehand.
Things that are good, Smokey seems to be doing better. His brother is freaked out by the cone. He won't eat with the cone on. Good times, good times. My sweet old girl Sadie has taken to joining me on the couch again after three weeks on the new supplements. I didn't realize that's why she wasn't up there. Bad dog mom. Won't let that happen again. She's also back to jumping on people. Small changes in behavior. Same applies to humans, noted.
Still slammed at work. Another person quit this morning. Long timer. Weird, but I get it.
Obsessed with tortilla soup, ate over goal yesterday. If I want it, need to fit it in proactively.
Vet sanctioned cat torture.
I'm not going to pick this one apart because all my activity was doing things like fixing a flat, running around with dogs, and trying to give pills to this tiny ninja. He is small, but all muscle with razors.
