I have been busting my butt excersising and eating right. I do 2 hours of wii fitness a day and at night I do an hour of wii sports. I have not had any "junk food" in over 2 weeks and I hve only been eating 1200 calories a day or less. To begin with, I gained alot of weight (5 lbs) do to a significant change in my diet which caused bloating and constipation to begin with, but Now I am losing weight and gaining muscle. In the past 2 days I have lost 3.5 lbs and my muscles are really starting to show! I love my wii!!! If it wasn't for that, I'm not sure I would have been able to lose any weight at all!! Also, I feel so much better about myself!! I am starting to realize that this is not a hopeless battle, I can do this!!!!!!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
